Sea Salt in his formula is sourced directly from the Pacific Northwest ocean and is purified for safety.
Organic Dulse (Palmaria palmata) is a red seaweed harvested in the cool waters of the North Atlantic coast, and is rich in iodine
Organic Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) is a brown algae, rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, phytohormones, fucoidan, and alginic acid, as well as antioxidants.
Organic Sea Moss (Chondrus canaliculatas) is a wild red seaweed harvested Peruvian sea moss. This nutrient-dense red sea algea is ideal for supporting radiant skin and has a sllippy skin-feel
Organic Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) is a type of brown seaweed that is harvested from cool waters along the Atlantic Ocean, naturally rich in iodine

Directions:
Step 1: Prepare your mermaid bath by running very hot water and adding one Organic Seaweed Bath Bag.
Step 2: When the water is cool enough, completely immerse and soak in the bath for about 45 minutes. Keep adding hot water as needed.
Foot Bath Option: For a relaxing foot bath, add 1 Seaweed Soak satchel to a hot warm water foot bath and soak when water is warm enough to submerge feet.
Its important to submerge in a warm bath rather than submerging the body in hot water. This allows for better absorption of salts into the dermis, and release of toxins.
For external use only.
Do not use on broken skin.
Warning: Consult with your physician if pregnant or nursing, as seaweed contains iodine. May not be suitable for use in persons with hyperthyroidism.
