ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00 USD within the contiguous U.S. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 1-6 business days to arrive, depending on location.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Available for some destinations at checkout for an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship Internationally at this time.

HOT CLIMATE NOTICE
Our products are made with organic ingredients that should be kept in a cool environment at all times.

Please avoid ordering candles or bath and body products if your shipping destination is currently over 105° F / 40° C and wait to place your order during a cooler season.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at orders@reimibotanicals.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

The exchange and return process requires proof of purchase (e.g. your REIMI Botanicals order number, order confirmation email, store receipt.)
