AYUREIMI Rose Hair Tea Concentrate is a pH-balancing botanical rinse designed to restore harmony after cleansing with a traditional soap-based shampoo bar. Apple cider vinegar, rose hydrosol, and amla help smooth the feel of the hair and support softness and shine. This step completes the Rose Hair Ritual—where cleansing and balance work together.

This is a concentrated botanical hair rinse and must be diluted before use.

How to Prepare Concentrate

  1. Shake well before use
  2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of Rose Hair Tea Concentrate to 6–8 oz of warm water
  3. Mix in a reusable/recyclable applicator bottle
  4. Use immediately in the shower after shampooing

This yields the ideal pH 4.0–4.5 rinse.

Hair-Type Guidance

  • Oily hair: 2 Tbsp concentrate
  • Dry / curly / gray hair: 1-2 Tbsp concentrate

How to Use

After cleansing with AYUREIMI Rose Shampoo Bar, slowly pour Rose Hair Tea over the scalp and lengths, or spray through the hair and scalp

Massage gently and allow to sit for 1–3 minutes.

Rinse lightly, or leave a small amount in the hair if your hair responds well.

Follow with AYUREIMI Rose Ritual Hair Oil on the ends if desired.

Frequency and Dosage

Frequency

  • Use after every wash with the Rose Shampoo Bar
  • May also be used 1–2× weekly as a refreshing scalp rinse, between washes

This step is especially important when using soap-based shampoo bars.

Ritual Guidance

This step is about restoring balance.

After cleansing with a traditional soap-based shampoo bar, the hair and scalp benefit from returning to a more harmonious, acidic state. Rose Hair Tea completes this cycle—softening the feel of the hair, calming the scalp, and preparing strands to receive nourishment.

As you pour the tea slowly over the scalp and lengths, pause.

Allow the coolness and gentle acidity to settle the cuticle.

Let rose and botanicals signal completion—where cleansing ends and care begins.

This is not an extra step.

It is the moment where the ritual becomes whole.

Natural Preservative FAQ

Why does Rose Hair Tea contain a preservative?

Rose Hair Tea is a water-based botanical rinse designed to be used repeatedly in the bathroom. To keep it fresh, safe, and effective throughout its use, a gentle preservative system is necessary.

What preservative do you use?

We use a broad-spectrum preservative system made from gluconolactone and sodium benzoate, both of which are widely accepted in natural and ECOCERT-aligned formulations.

Why did you choose this preservative?

Our preservative system contains elements that perform exceptionally well in low-pH botanical formulas like AYUREIMI Rose Hair Tea (pH 4.0–4.5). It protects the integrity of the formula without interfering with aroma, ritual experience, or botanical performance.

Is it safe for sensitive scalps?

Yes. When used as directed, this preservative system is considered gentle and appropriate for rinse-off and leave-on hair treatments formulated at an acidic pH.

Why not make it preservative-free?

Water-based products without preservatives can grow bacteria or mold—even when they contain vinegar or essential oils. Because AYUREIMI Rose Hair Tea is designed for regular, long-term use, preservation is an important part of responsible formulation.

For customers who prefer a preservative-free option, we plan to introduce a dry Rose Hair Tea in the future that is freshly brewed and mixed at home!

Does this align with AYUREIMI’s philosophy?

Yes. AYUREIMI balances traditional plant wisdom with modern formulation responsibility. Preservation is used thoughtfully—not excessively—to ensure your safety, product stability, and trust.
