How to Use
How to Use
Usage:
Option 1: For a strongly scented bath, pour 1/2 - 3/4 cup into warm bathwater for soaking.
Option 2: For a muscle-relaxing, lightly scented soak, mix 2 TBLSP of the Bath Soak with 1 -2 cups of plain Epsom salts. Pour mixture into warm bathwater for soaking.
1 - 2 TBLSP can also be used for a relaxing footbath.
Its important to draw a warm bath rather than submerging the body in hot water. This allows for better absorption of salts into the dermis, and release of toxins.
For external use only.
Do not use on broken skin.
